يتمتع باسكال دونوهو بسجل حافل من الخبرات في العمل العام والعمل الحكومي، حيث تولى منصب وزير المالية في أيرلندا منذ يناير/كانون الثاني 2025 وسبق له رئاسة مجموعة وزراء المالية الأوروبية منذ يوليو/تموز 2020. وتغطي خبرته الطويلة القطاعين العام والخاص، بالإضافة إلى 10 سنوات عمل في شركة بروكتر آند غامبل.
